IAM Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Summary/Overview

The PreSales Engineer is an integral part of Center of Excellence Presales team with a focus on delivering standard presales demonstrations and technical leadership to enhance the prospecting experience in the sales process. With an emphasis on providing the required technology support to the Sales team the individual is responsible for answering technical enquiries from prospects regarding Cyber Security solutions Identity and Access Management products and implementations.

The PreSales Engineer will be responsible for

• Cyber Security IAM Consulting (IGA SSO PAM etc.) Assist in sales and presales process including working with PoCs demos and technical presentations
  
• Help clients on the path to their digital transformation by defining IAM Strategy and Roadmaps
  
• Participate in Business Development RFP responses Initial Discovery process Demonstration of services provided by TechDemocracy and custom solutions
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in implementation of IAM/IGA solutions SailPoint Saviynt Okta and knowledge about other various solutions PAM MFA SSO (PingCyberArk BeyondTrust ForgeRock ec.)
  
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience with IAM Solution Design engineering/deployments
  
• Understanding and knowledge about various security standards NIST SOX ISO NIST CSF HITRUSTGPDR HIPAA COBIT
  
• Domain experience Privilege Access Management Identity Governance and Administration Application GRC and/or Cloud Security
  
• Very good experience in research and analysis of APIs for integrating applications
  
• Collate functional and technical requirements related to IAM
  
• Good to have basic knowledge on LDAP technologies database REST Operating Systems Windows & Linux
  
• Exemplary communication and relationship skills (verbal written and presentations)
  
• Strong business and technical document creation skills (e.g. scope definition proposals architecture and network diagrams etc.)
  
• Strong ability to quickly comprehend and explain complex engineering concepts in simple effective terms.
