We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect with a focus on the Clinical Domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing IAM solutions tailored to the unique requirements of the healthcare and clinical environment. The IAM Architect will play a critical role in ensuring secure access to clinical systems data and applications.

Proven experience as an IAM Architect with a focus on the clinical domain.

Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations especially HIPAA.

Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint Okta or similar.

Strong understanding of clinical data security requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  1. IAM Strategy and Planning
  2. Solution Design and Implementation
  3. Clinical Data Security
  4. Identity Lifecycle Management
  5. Single SignOn (SSO) and MultiFactor Authentication (MFA)
  6. Collaboration with Clinical IT Teams
  7. Security Compliance
