RN Case Manager for Waterloo Home Hospice. It is FT Days Hours 8a4:30pm MF with optional call/weekends. Must have IA RN Licensure Valid driver s license own vehicle and vehicle insurance. They will be reimbursed for mileage at $0.62.2 per mile. MUST HAVE ACTIVE IA RN LICENSE MondayFriday; 8am5pm with one night a call a week and 1 every 4the weekend. Hospice experience required
Shift: MondayFriday; 8am4:30pm with call rotation for nights and weekends.
