HVACR Licensed Technician

My client is a leading provider of facilities management services specializing in maintaining and optimizing critical infrastructure for various industries. • Location: Orange Park FL (Candidates within a 50mile radius of open locations will be considered)
• Role: HVAC/R Technicians
• Pay Range: ($50k90k/Year)
• Schedule: 8:00am 5:00pm
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience repairing commercial refrigeration equipment. Preference given to candidates with experience in the supermarket industry
• License Required: EPA Type I & II or EPA Universal

Technician Duties:

• Maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems for a group of retail locations
• Repair equipment such as compressors water pumps air handlers electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe efficient and timely manner
• Establish effective communication with Site Management to ensure they are informed of all ongoing maintenance activities
• Liaise with Site Management to ensure effective communication of planned maintenance activities and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Provide timely job updates
• Proactively check for and repair refrigerant leaks
• Maintain all assigned assets to the highest standards
• Perform refrigeration/HVAC preventive maintenance checks as assigned
• Monitor and log refrigerant usage within assigned stores
• Maintain clean and safe conditions in machine and electrical rooms
• Communicate with retail store personnel as needed to maintain product integrity
• Participate in the companys afterhours emergency call program
• Assist with troubleshooting problems
• Complete equipment inventories as assigned
• Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned
• Act in accordance with all company policies & procedures
