HVAC Technician-Full time

We are currently seeking an HVAC Technician to join our company located in Sunrise. The ideal candidate will have experience working in both residential and commercial settings.

Location: Sunrise FL
Salary: $20 to $25 per hour plus commissions

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Install maintain and repair heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues including electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters lubricating parts and inspecting equipment for wear and tear.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing HVAC installations and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain HVAC system problems recommended repairs and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Requirements:

• EPA license required.
• Clean drivers license.
• Previous experience working as an HVAC Technician in both residential and commercial settings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
