Job Description
HVAC Service Technician DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY. WORK VAN PROVIDED.
Southampton PA area
$35.00 $45.00 Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Test and record electrical pneumatic and gas systems.
- Test and record liquid systems.
- Perform repairs in accordance with local building codes and TMS policies.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an HVAC technician
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems
- Mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with HVAC codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to interpret mechanical electrical pneumatic and water systems.
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment.
- 5 years of experience in HVAC service or repair.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug test
