HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician proficient in servicing chilled water HVAC systems and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various types of chillers including Air Cooled Package Chillers Centrifugal Chillers and Screw Chillers along with a strong understanding of HVAC control components. This position involves servicing HVAC systems in a variety of building types including commercial office buildings hospitals schools higher education institutions and manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications:

• Four or more years of handson experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair with a focus on chilled water systems. Familiarity with DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills are essential to facilitate effective teamwork and maintain positive customer relations.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record meeting MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) requirements for operating company vehicles.
• Possession of a universal refrigerant recovery certificate is mandatory.
