Position: Human Resources Manager
Location: Winamac Indiana (Relocation assistance available)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic ambitious individual to bolster our Human Resources team. Ideal candidates should embrace change be selfmotivated and inspire everyone both within and outside the department. Effective communication across all organizational levels is crucial. With numerous opportunities for innovation and problemsolving the right candidate will play a key role in elevating our department. Integrity professionalism and a balanced perspective are musthaves for our Human Resource Manager.

Duties:
  • Spearhead the management and implementation of Human Resources Policies Procedures Guidelines and Tools for your designated mill.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources to tailor organizational HR policies to the mill's specific context ensuring they're both adequate and wellunderstood by staff.
  • Conduct onsite employee training facilitating the development and execution of suitable HR management responses including plans and Standard Operating Procedures that align with our policy and standards.
  • Offer expert HR advice across all levels of staff leading the overall HR functions such as workforce planning recruitment staff administration management and more for your designated mills.
  • Participate in departmental activities aiming for continuous education engagement in annual conferences and research activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5 years in Human Resources Management essential in Manufacturing Environment with 50 employees.
  • HR Professional Certification (SPHR) or SHRMSPC is a plus.
  • Multisite HR management experience is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures with a generalist background.
  • Proficient with MS Office and experience with HRIS preferably Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Experience in employee engagement employee hiring and training.
