Job Summary:
The consultant will work with DCSD departments (HR Benefits & Payroll) and internal stakeholders to identify and understand the functional or business requirements. They must analyze and solve complex system problems as part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. The Functional lead must also facilitate a team to design document control procedures that can significantly reduce process cycle time and cost.
Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources Computer Science or its equivalent.
7 years of experience in ERPs and SaaS applications
Strong analytical abilities and selfmotivated individual
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage ones own time to meet project deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and oral communication as well as project management skills.
Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and nonIT business users.
Knowledge of project and program management methodologies associated processes and tools and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
