Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Executive you will play a strategic role in managing and overseeing the organizations human resources functions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures talent acquisition employee relations performance management training and development and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Executive collaborates with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and fosters a positive work culture that enhances employee engagement and productivity.
Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic HR Planning:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizations overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and address human resources issues and challenges.
  1. Talent Acquisition:
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Conduct interviews assess candidates and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Manage employee relations addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and issues.
  • Implement policies and programs that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate corrective action.
  1. Performance Management:
  • Implement performance management systems to assess and develop employee performance.
  • Provide guidance on goal setting feedback and career development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend promotions or disciplinary actions as needed.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities for employees to enhance skills and competencies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  1. Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations updating policies and procedures as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and recommend policy changes accordingly.
  1. Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  1. HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Develop and monitor key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR activities and metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
