Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Source candidates through diverse channels screen resumes coordinate interviews and finalize salary negotiations.
• Onboarding & Induction: Manage endtoend joining formalities and coordinate induction and orientation processes for new hires.
• Attendance and Leave Management: Oversee employee attendance records and manage leave requests efficiently.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing strategies to engage and motivate employees.
• Daily HR Operations: Coordinate daily HR activities and ensure seamless operations within the human resources department.
• Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different HR functions for streamlined processes.
