Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping businesses thrive through effective people management strategies. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Fresno CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements

Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process including job postings candidate screening and onboarding

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Advise and support managers on employee relations issues including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution

Manage employee benefits and compensation plans ensuring competitive and fair practices

Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement

Handle employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed

Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention

Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated matters

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management preferably in a consulting or agency setting

Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations

Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills

Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
