Key Responsibilities:

1. Source candidates through job portals social platforms and other resources.
2. Manage the endtoend recruitment cycle.
3. Post job requirements on various portals.
4. Coordinate with management to understand profile needs.
5. Follow up with candidates from initial contact to join.

Requirement:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and social recruitment platforms.
• Ability to coordinate with different teams effectively.
• Persistence in following up with candidates.
• Passion for building successful teams.
