Overview:

  • Can potentially bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements making students more employable and better prepared for their professional life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities such as job posting candidate screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Support HR staff in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in organizing and facilitating employee training programs and events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees and interns.
  • Provide support in administering employee benefits and processing payroll.
  • Participate in HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with HR communications and create internal HR newsletters or announcements.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to HR process improvements.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving employee inquiries.
  • Participate in HR compliance activities and ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team including handling incoming calls and emails.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or Bachelors.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Previous internship or related work experience in HR is a plus.
