Stardom Employment Consultants LLC is a leading human resources consultancy firm that specializes in providing topnotch recruitment staffing and HR consulting services to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Fresno CA.

As a Human Resource Generalist you will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of the HR department and providing support to the organizations employees. You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures handle employee relations and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the companys goals and objectives

Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings resume screening and conducting interviews

Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding activities

Handle employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees

Administer employee benefits and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies

Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives

Provide support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters

Handle other HRrelated tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

Experience with recruitment onboarding and employee relations

Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office

SHRMCP or PHR certification is a plus
