Job Description:We are currently seeking a detailoriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions including recruitment employee records management benefits administration and HRIS maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support:

    • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate new hire orientations and prepare onboarding materials.
    • Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
  2. Employee Records Management:

    • Manage and maintain employee files ensuring accuracy confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Process employee changes such as promotions transfers and terminations.
    • Prepare and distribute HRrelated correspondence and documents.
  3. Benefits Administration:

    • Assist with benefits enrollment changes and terminations.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
    • Coordinate with benefits providers and ensure accurate and timely processing of benefitsrelated tasks.
  4. HRIS Maintenance:

    • Update and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data including employee information organizational charts and reporting structures.
    • Generate HR reports and metrics as needed.
    • Provide training and support to employees on HRIS usage.
  5. Compliance and Policy Administration:

    • Ensure compliance with HR policies procedures and regulations.
    • Assist in the development and dissemination of HR policies and procedures.
    • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
  6. General Administrative Support:

    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department including answering phones scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in HR administration or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
