Experience: 10 to 12 Yrs

Salary: 8.00 to 10.00 LPA

Job Description

*Develop implement and maintain comprehensive HSEQ policies procedures and programs with a focus on quality assurance at project site Quality control at site of HVAC systems and electrical panel vendor supply items ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

*Conduct regular audits and inspections at factory Vendor and project sites to assess compliance of HSE & quality standards

*Proven experience in quality assurance HVAC systems and electrical panel preferably in a manufacturing sheet metal environment.

Skills Required :

*Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

*Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization Customers & Suppliers.

*Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.

Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
