Job Title: HSE Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote understanding and awareness of environmental issues among employees.
- Conduct training programs on Environmental Management System for employees.
- Compile EHS statistics and report them in accordance with RSPCB guidelines.
- Analyze root causes of environmental incidents and propose corrective action plans.
- Assess potential environmental risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor environmental management system according to ISO 14001 standards.
- Maintain ISO 14001 & Environmental Documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Acts and regulations.
- Handle liaison activities with the Regional Office of Rajasthan State PCB & Headquarters of Rajasthan State PCB.
- Expertise in Hazardous Waste Management Transboundary Rules 2016.
- Familiarity with all PCB form filing requirements Form 1 Form IV Form V Form 8 Form 10 (Hazardous waste Manifest).
- Knowledge of Environment Protection Act 1986 Air & Water (RSPCB & CPCB).
- Maintenance and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant.
- Regular inspection of pollution control equipment.
- Ensure the safety of employees.
Candidate Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Environmental Engineering / M.Tech in Environmental Engineering / B.Tech in Metallurgy Environmental PG Diploma / Environmental Engineering degree PDIS (Industrial Safety).
Required Skills:
- Understanding of Environmental Management Systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 standards.
- Familiarity with relevant Acts and regulations.
- Ability to conduct training programs.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
