Job Title: HRIS Implementation Consultant Part time

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 36 month

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Implementation Consultant with extensive experience in implementing and managing HRIS solutions particularly Ceridian Dayforce and Workday. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in data extraction manipulation and integration. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring successful implementation configuration and optimization of HRIS modules such as Payroll HCM Recruiting and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of Workday HRIS systems from Ceridian Dayforce ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Customize and configure HRIS modules based on business requirements ensuring accurate functionality of Payroll HCM Recruiting and Benefits.
  • Utilize advanced techniques to extract transform and load data effectively between different systems.
  • Perform data validation and ensure accuracy throughout the process.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders and endusers offering expertise on system functionalities best practices and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including HR IT and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of HRIS systems.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including process flows user guides and reports. Develop and maintain accurate reports for stakeholders to analyze HR metrics and trends.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience with 7 years as an HRIS Implementation Consultant specifically with Ceridian Dayforce and Workday systems.
  • Expertise in data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in configuring and optimizing modules within HRIS systems particularly in Payroll HCM Recruiting and Benefits.
  • Strong experience with Ceridian Dayforce Reporting and Analytics
  • Extensive experience with Ceridian Benefits Module
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented and organized capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Ceridian Dayforce and Workday HRIS systems preferred but not required.
  • Experience working on fullcycle HRIS implementations in diverse organizational environments.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards related to HRIS implementations.
