MW Partners is currently seeking a HRIS Coordinator to work for our client who is a leader in the media and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all types of HR employee data transactions: new hire rehire status changes transfers promotions salary adjustments terminations etc.
  • Assist in large volume data audit and clean up.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 12 years HRIS experience preferred. SuccessFactors experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources processes and transactions preferred.
  • Demonstrated Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Excel is a plus.
  • Committed to Precision and Accuracy. Careful and thorough and able to maintain order and organization.
  • Proactive and Customer Focused.
  • 12 years HRIS experience (would still consider someone with 34 years if interested) MS Excel experience (standard vlookup as an example) willing to flex (may have a cleanup project to help with in one) Attention to detail and accuracy is important. Can manage a lot of information at one time and is a good note taker.
  • SuccessFactors experience is a huge plus!!!!
