• Conducting HR Interviews and responsible for entire HR Induction process starting from onboarding of candidates to relieving them.
  
• Responsible for maintaining Attendance, Leave details.
  
• Preparing inputs for staff Payroll, offer letter, fitment sheet, Release letter.
  
• Implementing and driving business unit s global workforce plan and human capital strategies by acquiring and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the business.
  
• Recruitment Strategizing and Planning
  
• Participating in the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing profiles to offer-making and negotiation.
  
• Instrumental in onboarding the candidate and providing proper induction to the person newly joined.
  
• Involved in Campus Hiring.
  
• Employee Engagement initiatives.
  
• Managing exit formalities of the resigned and retired employees of the region.
