  1. Develop and implement a client acquisition strategy to attract new business and expand the company's client portfolio in the HR consulting or staffing industry.
  2. Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  3. Conduct sales presentations, proposal meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients to showcase the company's HR solutions and services. Customize solutions to meet clients' specific needs and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including HR consultants, recruiters, and business development managers, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for client acquisition opportunities.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at prospective client organizations. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to understand their HR needs and challenges.
  6. Lead the development of client acquisition plans, sales forecasts, and revenue targets. Track progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales goals.
  7. Coordinate with marketing and branding teams to develop marketing materials, case studies, and promotional campaigns to support client acquisition efforts.
  8. Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings. Use insights to position the company's HR solutions effectively and differentiate from competitors.
  9. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to client acquisition, contract negotiations, and service delivery agreements.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR consulting, talent acquisition, and client relationship management. Share insights with internal teams and leverage knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  11. Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management on client acquisition activities, pipeline status, sales performance, and revenue forecasts.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their client acquisition skills, sales techniques, and industry knowledge.
