HR support on SOX and Data Quality 6 months Brussels
One of our important clients is currently looking for a HR support on SOX and Data Quality. Contract is 6month lenght with possibility of extension.
Please find below the details :
We are looking for support on SOX and Data Quality to assist with the coordination execution and documentation on SOX controls data quality checks and daytoday run activities within Peoplesoft HCM.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinating the recurring SOX controls including liaising between business and risk management to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Performing data quality checks on benefits data before they enter the Peoplesoft HCM system using PowerBI & Excel.
Supporting 2 senior specialists with daytoday operational activities and incident management in Peoplesoft HCM.
Success is based on the following deliverables.
1) Timely and compliant delivery of recurring SOX Controls
2) High data quality of benefits data in Peoplesoft HCM
3) Timely resolution of Peoplesoft HCM operational activities and incidents.
Requirements
Skills and knowledge required.

HRIS
Data Quality
Risk Management
Detailed list of expectations
Experience with Risk and SOX controls (must) 4 years
Experience with Peoplesoft (must) 5 years
Experience with HRIS systems in general 5 years
Experience with Data Quality (must) junior
Experience with banking sector is a plus
Good communicator can work in a team can work in an environment in continuous change attention to detail.
Tooling
Experience with Peoplesoft HCM (must)
Experience with PowerBI (nice to have)
Languages
EN must NL and FR are a plus.
