Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducts routine assessment of the company employment needs
  • Develops strategies to attract candidates
  • Writes job descriptions for needed positions
  • Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company
  • Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
  • Screens and interviews candidates
  • Designs recruitment initiatives
  • Performs comprehensive interviews
  • Organizes job fairs and networking events

Soft Skills

  • Sanrachna Steel seeks energetic candidates to engage with our dynamic team and client base
  • Familiar with ATS, CRM, and similar software
  • Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience or similar
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of best full-cycle sourcing and recruiting practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
  • Specifically, integrity, motivation, proactivity, and independence, combined with the willingness to cross-train responsibilities within other company departments, is desired
  • Candidate is comfortable taking initiative in system development, problem solving, and internal and external office communications
  • We require flexibility and accommodation of adapting to varied priorities
  • Must maintain a professional work ethic, positive attitude, and openness to new challenges, resulting in quality work
  • Candidate is ethically minded with attention to detail, organization, and creative problem solving
