Role and Responsibilities:As a Junior HR Recruiter at Way2Classiied your duties will include:
- Writing and posting job descriptions on career job portals and social media platforms
- Sourcing candidates using databases job portals and social media
- Evaluating and screening resumes through virtual interactions
- Conducting phone Skype Zoom and/or inperson interviews
- Screening potential employees and maintaining interview and hiring records
- Preparing hiring paperwork and handling the orientation of new employees
- Administering appropriate company assessments and issuing ID cards company SIM cards and joining formalities
- Assigning daytoday work to the team and collecting everyday performance details
- Reviewing the performance of candidates and supporting/motivating them to achieve monthly targets
- Coordinating with HRs for work assessment and team building activities
Candidate Qualifications:To be successful in this role you should possess:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decisionmaking skills
