Overview:

The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organizations talent acquisition process. This individual is responsible for attracting screening and hiring highquality candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implements effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Conducting thorough candidate assessments through interviews and reference checks
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and proactively identify future hiring needs
  • Managing the endtoend recruitment process including job postings sourcing and interviewing
  • Utilizing various recruitment tools and social media platforms to attract top talent
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process
  • Participating in career fairs and networking events to promote the organizations employer brand
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the HR team and management
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Collaborating with external agencies and vendors for specialized recruitment needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting various types of interviews and candidate assessments
  • Strong understanding of HR policies labor laws and best practices in recruitment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing talent acquisition needs
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in employer branding and promoting the organization as an employer of choice
