Job Title: HR Professional-HRBP
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Boston, MA (HYBRID (1 to 2 days on-site, WFH the rest of the week))
Contract Duration:5 months

The HR Professional Executes activities supporting HRBP's and LOB intermediate level managers and employees.
This position also serves a point of contact on questions and issues from Supervisors and Managers which are not specific to HRDirect and escalates items to the Sr. HRBP or appropriate HR Specialist as needed.
This position collaborates with the HR Centers of Knowledge to coordinate all facets of HR which includes requisition processes, compensation recommendations, changes to job titles and grades, year end compensation reporting, talent reviews, etc.
H/She also provides heavy support to the HRBPs with reporting and analysis as required.
Executes activities supporting HRBP's and LOB .
Point of contact for Supervisors and Managers in LOB for questions and issue resolution.
Participate in LOB committees representing HR( Talent, Recruiting, etc.) and meetings (division and department) to offer HR insight and perspective.
Support HRBPs on Talent Management Agenda and programs including but not limited to : Talent Reviews & Succession Planning materials, maintenance, reporting, and analysis. Work with HRBP and managers to review job descriptions and complete job evaluations in partnership with Compensation Specialist.
Supports HRBPs on the Performance Management programs and annual compensation cycle, to ensure decisions are consistent with talent strategies
Consults with Compensation Specialists on salary recommendations as needed.
Work with Managers to coordinate the creation of requisitions with HRDirect & Recruiting and ensure LOB process is being adhered to.
Oversee and coordinate Career Progression review and approval process for assigned area.
Serve as a point of contact on HR questions and issues raised by LOB managers and HRDirect.
Identify opportunities to familiarize LOB managers with HR Technology, e.g. Workday self- service tools and reporting.
Ensures HR transactions, reports and records are created and maintained, in compliance with established procedures.
Work with Managers, HRBP, Controllers, and HR processing areas to ensure LOB information is accurate, in support of headcount management. In partnership with HRBP, identify data & analytics needs and partner with HRMIS to develop and update reports in line with LOB/Pillar/Product and HRBP needs.
Work with HRMIS to respond to requests for custom & adhoc reporting and analysis needed to support LOB
Prepare analysis, executive summary and insights on workforce trends including turnover, diversity, mobility etc. for distribution to Partners, MDs, & Leadership teams. Understand HR processes beyond the HRBP team, identify & escalate opportunities for improvement that support LOB goals & objectives, a better client experience, and are aligned with the HR strategy and objectives.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferred.
  • Min 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills required
  • Experience working with HR Systems, Workday preferred
  • Reporting and analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Human Resources functions and processes
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Some experience developing, building and maintaining strong business partnerships
