Introduction:

SecurDI is a global cybersecurity strategy and implementation company dedicated to becoming the global leader in solving clients cybersecurity challenges. We are currently inviting applications for the position of HR Operations Analyst offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with 23 years of experience to contribute to our HR department and gain handson experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires facilitating onboarding processes on the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

  • Maintain and update employee records in the companys HR Information System (HRIS) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Streamline HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness including onboarding offboarding and employee data management.

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance leave management and other employee perks.

  • Provide monthly updates to the finance team regarding attendance rewards and other allowances.

  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators to support datadriven decisionmaking.

  • Provide support in handling employee relations issues grievances and disciplinary actions as needed.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including HR Finance and IT to support integrated HR solutions and initiatives.

  • Identify onboard and coordinate vendors as needed.

  • Maintain and prepare asset records and reports.

  • Plan organize and execute company events to foster employee engagement.

  • Assist in setting up Zoho Learn (KMS) drafting SOPs and policies resolving issue tickets raised by professionals coordinating with different PMO teams maintaining and updating timesheets for billing client hours and auditing and supervising the update of company format resumes.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all HR operations and processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelors/Master s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

  • 23 years of experience in HR operations or related HR functions.

  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and processes.

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
