HR Officer

We are seeking a highly organized Human Resources Officer to join our team. The Hours of work are 20 hours a week. Preferably Monday to Friday the pay rate is 14.17 per hour.

The Resource Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources department and assisting with various HR functions

Your Duties will Include:

Assist with the management of HR systems including Taleo PeopleSoft and Workday
Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records
Coordinate and schedule interviews meetings and trainings
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and reviewing resumes
Assist with benefits administration and enrollment
Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy development
Provide general administrative support to the HR department

What we need from you

3 Years experience in HR
Proficient in data entry and record keeping
Knowledge of social media management platforms is a plus
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
