HR Officer - Hospitality

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Officer for hospitality industry. As a Human Resources Officer you will be responsible for supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth operations within the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings screening resumes scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
  
• Coordinate employee on boarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Registering all employees to ESIC & PF
• Manage endtoend payroll processing including calculating salaries deductions bonuses and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary payroll data and ensure timely submission.
• Address any payrollrelated queries from employees and provide assistance as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
• Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HR software and databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detailoriented and organized.
