About the Job:

Were a fastgrowing earlystage startup. You will be working directly with the CEO/Founder. You will have the opportunity to build up the HR department from its early stages onwards and to shape the direction of the company in a highly dynamic market environment.

Tasks

  • Develop and implement HR strategy that support business goals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to hire.
  • Manage and further develop employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Lead performance management processes including reviews and employee development plans.
  • Organize company events and offsites.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with our values.
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Carry out HR operations including owning all employee data contracts payroll and HR admin
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Offer guidance and support to the management team on HRrelated matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR policies and practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR or recruiting role preferably in a dynamic startup or highgrowth environment
  • Positive energy and get it done attitude
  • Comfortable and flexible in a fastchanging environment
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills experienced in building strong processes for employees
  • Proven track record of handson HR management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
  • Nice to have: German speaker and experience in (Spanish) labor law.
