Reporting to the Cofounder you will be responsible for HR Operations at the corporate and Plant levels. Responsibilities will include :
Employee Lifecycle Management :
Candidate Profile: MBA/PGDM –HR (Fulltime) from a reputed institute with 510 Years experience in a reputed Engineering Manufacturing Company.
Employee Lifecycle Management :
- Manpower Planning
- Creating Job Profiles in line with Functional heads
- Ensure the Manpower availability as per the plant and corporate office requirements
- Design develop and Roll out employee development programs
- Manage talent through effective selection focused induction innovative development smooth transitions and exits.
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Track changes in the organization hierarchy and update the roles and responsibilities as and when the need arises
- Managing employee engagement
- Performance Management System
- Training and Development
- Workforce Management &wage administration
- Manage the promotions and reporting structures of the senior and midlevel leadership
- Apprise leadership of the changes in the market concerning compensation attrition governmental policies and competition
