Job Description

Reporting to the Cofounder you will be responsible for HR Operations at the corporate and Plant levels. Responsibilities will include :

Employee Lifecycle Management :
  • Manpower Planning
  • Creating Job Profiles in line with Functional heads
  • Ensure the Manpower availability as per the plant and corporate office requirements
  • Design develop and Roll out employee development programs
  • Manage talent through effective selection focused induction innovative development smooth transitions and exits.
Organization Development
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Track changes in the organization hierarchy and update the roles and responsibilities as and when the need arises
  • Managing employee engagement
  • Performance Management System
  • Training and Development
  • Workforce Management &wage administration
  • Manage the promotions and reporting structures of the senior and midlevel leadership
  • Apprise leadership of the changes in the market concerning compensation attrition governmental policies and competition
Manage Statutory Compliance Compensation & Benefits and IR & Welfare

Candidate Profile: MBA/PGDM –HR (Fulltime) from a reputed institute with 510 Years experience in a reputed Engineering Manufacturing Company.
