REDNAVIS (formerly REDSOFT.PRO) is a team of highlyqualified professionals with a strong focus on delivering perfect software through gaining and maintaining technological advantage and superior service quality. Since 2013 we have developed many web applications in many different domains such as electronic document management systems automobile insurance banking and finance software expert and fulltext search systems and telecommunications.
Now we are looking for a proactive HR manager to join our team.In this role you will be involved in both recruitment and HR activities.
Your responsibilities:
- The fullcycle recruitment process
- Onboarding newcomers support in their adaptation in the company oneonone meetings.
- Update the corporate CV.
- Building HR processes from scratch.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as HR or Recruiter in IT sphere.
- Ability to work in a multitasking mode with a large amount of information.
- A high level of responsibility positive attitude great interpersonal and communication skills.
- English level Intermediate.
Nice to have:
- Tech awareness understanding of IT specifics
- Experience as HR or Recruiter in IT sphere.
