Role and Responsibilities:

As an HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating various HR functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Recruitment and selection: Overseeing the recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding: Facilitating smooth onboarding of new employees and ensuring proper exit procedures for departing employees.
  • Performance management: Developing and implementing performance evaluation processes providing feedback and guidance to employees and conducting performance reviews.
  • Employee relations: Promoting positive employee relations addressing employee concerns and grievances and fostering a harmonious work environment.
  • Policy development and implementation: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Candidate Qualifications:

To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
  • 13 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
