Role and Responsibilities:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment training performance management and employee relations. The incumbent will also be expected to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelors degree in human resources or a related field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of HR functions and regulations is essential.
