v Designing & planning induction and orientation plans which include communicating the job role and individual KRAs to the employees for ensuring transparency in the system
v Performing the recruitment function as per the planned manpower budget; sourcing candidates from multiple channels to attract the best talent
v Formulating the KPIs /KRAs / PMS / Goal Sheets for the appraisal process and ensuring the pay hikes are inline with company standards and performance and clearly aligned to individual pay awards
v Planning & conducting employee engagements & development programs; ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations
v Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations & compliance with various governmental agencies
v Steering multiple employee engagement activities such as preparation of annual employee engagement calendar and organizing events based on the engagement calendar
v Leading the development & implementation of required environmental occupational health and safety (EHS) programs and procedures to protect the safety & health of employees to comply with good environmental practices
v Supervising the Performance Appraisal Process facilitated PRDs (Performance Review Discussions) and monitored deviations if any
Qualification & experience: MBA(HR) with 15 20 Yrs. experience in IT Hardware/IT Services industry
