Overview:

The role of a Recruiter is vital to the organization as they are responsible for identifying interviewing and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. Recruiters play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization attracts and retains qualified employees who are essential to the companys success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Promote the companys reputation as best place to work
  • Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates
  • Communicate with client companies to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Keep abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage fullcycle recruiting process
  • Maintain candidate databases and portals

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Handson experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • Knowledge of HR best practices
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Outstanding timemanagement and organizational skills
  • Positive customerfocused attitude
  • Professional friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Adept at utilizing social media and professional networks for sourcing and networking
  • Understanding of legislation and regulations relating to recruitment
  • Resultsdriven and teamoriented
