Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for cultivating a positive work environment. The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources functions including recruitment employee relations performance management training and development compensation and benefits and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Oversee employee relations activities including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Administer performance management processes including performance evaluations goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs including salary administration payroll processing and employee benefits enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR systems.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees on various HRrelated matters.
  • Drive initiatives to promote employee engagement satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Indepth knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
