Overview:

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in creating and implementing HR strategies to support the overall success of the organization. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process including creating job descriptions and conducting interviews
  • Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Conduct performance management and improvement systems
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Create and manage HR budgets
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions
  • Support and lead employee benefit programs
  • Handle employee grievances disputes or concerns
  • Manage the HR team and ensure they are equipped to support the organization effectively
  • Represent the company in various professional settings

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment laws
  • Proficient in HR software and tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Indepth knowledge of HR best practices
  • Experience in managing a diverse team
  • Proven track record of successful HR program execution
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • HR Certification (e.g. SHRMCP or PHR) is a plus
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Proven success in managing HR initiatives to drive organizational goals
