  • Advising management on HR implications of business decisions.

Recruitment and Staffing

  • Overseeing the recruitment process including job postings interviews selection and hiring.
  • Developing job descriptions and specifications to attract the right talent.
  • Managing onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Performance Management

  • Designing and implementing performance review processes to evaluate employee performance.
  • Working with department managers to set performance objectives and ensure regular feedback.
  • Identifying training and development needs and organizing training programs to enhance employee skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Developing and managing compensation plans including salaries bonuses and benefits.
  • Ensuring competitive compensation to attract and retain talent.
  • Administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance retirement plans and leave policies.

Employee Relations

  • Handling employee grievances and disputes to resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations to prevent legal issues.
  • Promoting a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor laws.
  • Managing risk related to human resources to protect the company from legal challenges.

Training and Development

  • Assessing training needs and implementing development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

HR Administration

  • Maintaining employee records and managing HR information systems.
  • Preparing reports on HR metrics to inform management decisions.
