Our Client has its base of business as leading supplier to Indian Commercial Vehicle Manufacturers and also to number of Tipper & TipTrailer Body Builders Truck Dealers and Transporters.
Job Description:
- Maintain hormonal industrial relations (have regular meetings with Unions to maintain cordial relations)
- Engage with blue collar emplyees for better relations and productivity
- Monitor & Maintain discipline in the shop floor
- Enusre statutory compliance in respect of plants
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Monitor contract labours wage revision etc...
Canidate Requirement:
- MBA/ MSW in HR (full time)
- 10 yrs of experience in handling plant HR
- Should be well versed with English and Kannada
