Description

Tbot Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and training and development. You will work closely with the company's leadership team to ensure that HR strategies align with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR plans and strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Communicate and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward the company's goals and objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and grievances, and implementing employee engagement programs
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits policies to ensure competitive compensation packages

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR management
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and local labor laws
  • Experience in recruiting and developing top talent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-functional environment.
