  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Handle employee relations performance management and conflict resolution
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
    • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HRrelated issues
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Associate Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
  • Desired Experience:
    • Minimum of 13 years of experience in HR management
    • Experience in recruitment employee relations and performance management
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Salary & Benefits:
    • Job Type: Parttime

    • Minimum Salary: $40000
    • Maximum Salary: $60000
