Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

1. The successful candidate will partner with various business groups to build the Talent & HR
strategy that most effectively complements business strategy.
2. Drive organisation resource plans talent reviews succession plans high potential individual
development plans and performance management for assigned business units.
3. Plan and execute the performance review processes as per the company policies.
4. Facilitate annual and midyear talent review plans in conjunction with business plans building a
line of sight to future talent needs and ensuring a robust follow up mechanism to fulfill the
same.
5. Minimise critical attrition losses by establishing proactive processes relationships and early
warning systems.
6. Consults with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
7. Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions programs
and policies.
8. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective thorough and
objective investigations.
9. Maintains indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of
employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal
department as needed/required
10. Provides daytoday performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching
counselling career development disciplinary actions).
11. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
12. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
13. Develops contract terms for new hires promotions and transfers.
14. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures workforce planning and succession
planning.
15. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
16. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to
ensure training objectives are met.
17. Performs other related duties as assigned.
18. Analyse trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend
interventions backed by data
19. Drive specific engagement initiatives to maximise productivity and develop highly engaged
teams
20. Develop and deploy culturebuilding initiatives and implement a highperformance culture
21. Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues fairly
representing all interests
22. Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework
23. Work closely with the other Human Resources team to ensure timely and effective delivery of
all HR processes

Educational & Experience Required:

1. Post Grad in Human Resources from a reputed MBA School.
2. 510 years of solid HR experience and exposure to robust HR processes.
3. A Startup experience will definitely be preferred.
4. Should have demonstrated creativity and innovation in prior roles.
