Overview:

The HR Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing the human resources department and ensuring that HR operations align with the companys goals and objectives. They are responsible for implementing HR strategies managing employee relations and driving the overall HR function to support the organizations success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing interviewing and hiring of qualified candidates
  • Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and investigations
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
  • Design and monitor HR policies and procedures to support the organizations goals
  • Lead performance management processes to drive a highperformance culture
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for employees
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to support HR metrics and decisionmaking
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee complaints grievances and inquiries
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Administer and maintain HR systems and databases
  • Stay updated on HR trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance
  • Manage and oversee the annual performance appraisal process

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions such as compensation benefits employee relations training and development
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment laws
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in HR metrics and data analysis
  • Ability to effectively manage employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivity and diversity in the workplace
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
