HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced ambitious result driven HR Manager on behalf of our multinational client that is a rapidly growing manufacturing company with over 500 employees in JászNagykunSzolnok County.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in headcount/budge/salary planning and continuously reporting to the management team.
- Supporting organizational growth and establishing a proper HR infrastructure.
- Managing HR process implementation and modernizing the company’s HR systems and policies.
- Coordinating the payroll team and developing payroll processes.
- Leading and developing an HR team of 7.
- Ensuring legal compliance within the Hungarian organization.
- Managing HR administration and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinating the performance management processes and establishing new talent management program.
- Providing coaching and mentoring for the HR management team in HR related topics.
- University/College degree
- 8 years of HR experience and 4 years of leadership experience
- Fluent German or English language knowledge
- Strong leadership communication and presentation skills – being able to efficiently liaise with senior stakeholders
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Windows)
- Knowledge of labor legislation
