We are looking for an HR Manager with a vision of HR Project Manager to play a central role in the success and evolution of our client. You will play an essential role in human development projects coordinating and managing the HR team while ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an innovative HR strategy focused on continuous development and the flourishing of talents.
• Work closely with management to align HR initiatives with the company's overall objectives promoting a culture of performance respect and team spirit.
• Lead HR projects aimed at strengthening team cohesion and engagement while ensuring their wellbeing and professional development.
• Oversee performance management skill evolution and the support of employees in their career within the company.
• Ensure effective communication within teams promoting a transparent inclusive and dynamic work environment.
• Drive innovation in HR practices particularly through digitalization and process optimization.

Profile:

• Passion for HR and confirmed expertise in the field with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingualism (FR/NL) with excellent mastery of both national languages.
• Solid understanding of regulations and payroll management.
• Analytical mind sense of confidentiality mastery of digital tools and a marked interest in digitalization.
• Ability to motivate inspire trust and develop team skills.
• Enthusiasm empathy assertiveness and excellent communication ability.
