Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of HR experience preferably in the manufacturing sector. As an HR Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment training employee relations and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates

• Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures

• Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions

• Coordinate employee training and development programs

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Manage the HR budget and provide regular reports to senior management

• Maintain employee records and HR systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum of 6 years of HR experience preferably in the manufacturing sector

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
