Overview:

The HR Manager Fresher plays a crucial role in supporting the human resource processes for the organization. This role involves assisting in various HR functions ensuring compliance with labor laws and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
  • Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in talent management activities including performance management and employee development
  • Conduct research and provide input on HR best practices and industry trends
  • Support employee relations activities and promote a positive work culture
  • Assist in conducting training and development programs for employees
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of employee records and HR databases
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Assist in overseeing compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Handle basic HR administrative tasks and respond to employee inquiries

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Internship or practical experience in HR or related field is a plus
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles
