Overview:

The HR position is crucial in ensuring a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations overseeing recruitment and implementing HR policies. This role plays a key part in fostering a healthy organizational culture and promoting employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts and manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations handle grievances and mediate conflicts
  • Implement and monitor performance management processes
  • Develop and conduct training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation
  • Administer the HRIS and maintain accurate employee records
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
  • Provide support in disciplinary actions and terminations
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics
  • Collaborate with management on strategic workforce planning

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in conflict resolution and performance management
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite
  • Certification such as SHRMCP or PHR is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
  • Detailoriented and meticulous in documentation
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fastpaced environment
  • Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards
